20th Corporate Policies and Procedures:

Concept:
The 20th Legion has a rich and interesting history to say the least. It has survived the biggest wars in the game and has held up its end of the bargain in all it has done. We have established a high level of respect and maintain the highest standards of honor and integrity. The overall goal has and is to build a body of dedicated and driven members. We are not for everyone and do not expect all that join to accept our way of existence. We put high demands on our membership and give back to those that give to the Corp. We take care of ourselves and each member with no concern for self or loss always putting the good of the Corp above the individual.

Those members that show Legio Aquila or Director in their info have earned these titles. Respect them and learn from them and their example. The Directors in 20th also have earned their position. They have Carte Blanc in all things 20th and are trusted and hard driven examples of what the 20th is about. Each member will respect and honor these individuals to the best of his ability.

As a member of the Legion you are required to participate and cooperate with those operations deemed corporate ops. These are the key to what we are able to do both as a whole and as individuals. Your position in the corp. is directly determined by your efforts on behalf of the corp. No member stands above this requirement and the efforts or lack of will be noticed.



Basic Mandatory Requirements:

We are Professional Soldiers in 20th Legion. You as a member are expected to act as such.

Respect each and every member always. Any personal conflicts will be dealt with in private and if needed a Director will intercede and solve the issue. His or Her Final Word is FINAL.

Operate in the area that the Corp is operating in. We stay together and play together in this way we are able to take care of each other.

Operations deemed "Corp. Ops" or "Mandatory Alliance Ops" are mandatory, all members are required to be there and participate if online. No exceptions.

All members must have and use when online our Voice Communications Program. If you do not have a microphone that is ok but you need to listen. No exceptions.

All members will act as Team Players and do what they can to take care of the Team. No requirements as to time online is demanded however when you can help, do so.

All members are required to delete all personal standings. The Corp Standings will determine whom you can and cannot shoot.

Respect the Corporation Leadership and FOLLOW ORDERS. We don’t put many actual demands on the membership as orders but when we do you will follow them to the letter.

If you decide for whatever reason to quit then please let a Director know and we will make sure you have the chance to get to safe space and get what is yours. Leave without notice and you are on your own.

All members are required to register and maintain both Corporate and Alliance Forum access and to check in daily for news and updates. Feel free to offer up your ideas, needs, suggestions and information.

Any member showing last loggin of over 30 days in game will be assigned the title of AWOL unless notice was given to leadership prior to their absense. If AWOL title is issued and no loggin  occurs for another two weeks then that member will be removed from corp. roster. No exceptions.

Any member not participating in corp. or alliance operations without a valid reason will be issued one warning. If this member still does not participate then removal from corp. will be executed with a 24 hour advanced notice from leadership.

If you need to be away from game for RL reasons simply post in the Members General section of the Forums or let Cochise know via PM on the Forums and you will be excused. Do not let us know, read above.
